FCAP BASIC TRAINING

Who Can Attend?
Anyone who is in the airlines or associated work, both active or retired employees, and who has a vital interest in airline ministry.

Why Attend?
Ministry in the workplace is both unique and challenging. The FCAP Basic Training will introduce and better equip those interested in seeing ministry develop in their workplace. It provides perspective and spiritual tools that will enhance your work and develop the opportunities around you.

Where is it Held?
FCAP Basic Training is held at the Hearth House on the beautiful, peaceful grounds of Rollingbrook Christian Retreat, also the location of the FCAP International Office. This is located in the Fayetteville, Georgia area,
 approximately 20 miles south of the Atlanta International Airport.

What is the Schedule

         

What Topics are Covered

Attendees are picked up at the ATL airport the afternoon or evening before the training begins.  DAY-1 of the training will begin at
9 a.m. and will end after the dinner and sharing time that follows. DAY-2 begins at
9 a.m. and concludes at 3:30 p.m., enabling attendees to fly home that afternoon.

Important:  If you plan to attend, we ask you to attend the whole training, arranging your schedule to arrive the day before the training and making your return flights plans for 5 p.m. or later on the last day. 

 

 
During the two day session, a variety of topics are covered pertaining to ministry within the airline workplace, and personal Christian growth. Among these topics are:

  • God's View of our World and Workplace
  • Living the Authentic Christian Life
  • FCAP Purpose, Objective and Structure
  • Defining and Developing Workplace Ministry
  • Building Community in our Workplace
  • Utilizing FCAP Resources
  • Prayer Ministry Network and Development
  • Taking Faith Steps for a Future Harvest

 

What is the Cost?

There is a minimal non-refundable Registration Fee of $35 per person ($45 per couple) for the training, which includes: room, meals and training handbook, and also transportation from and to the ATL airport in accordance with the training schedule.
