Yes, we may be retired from the airlines, but we are not retired from God's work.  The FCAP mission continues!

As retired airline employees, we have a lot to offer.  We have had many interesting and enlightening experiences. We have had opportunities to travel and meet new people.  Many of us have been through highs and lows in our aviation careers and personal lives.  As participants in the FCAP ministry we have had opportunity to walk closer to our Lord and Savior, while having Christian fellowship with other airline employees from around the world.  

There are many in the industry still running the race and facing many challenges both in the workplace and in their personal lives.  These people continue to need encouragement and fellowship.  ENCORE can help fulfill this mission.

What is ENCORE?

ENCORE is made up of retired employees who have a genuine love for their Christian brothers and sisters, both those who remain actively employed within the airlines and those who, like themselves, have entered the realm of retirement.  
ENCORE members have a sincere interest in the needs, activities and concerns at their respective airline domiciles.
ENCORE members are available as personal contacts to listen, discuss and share their faith with individuals and local groups.
ENCORE members are prayer partners, support partners and encouragers for these domiciles and their local FCAP fellowship groups.

We invite you to prayerfully consider joining the team.  Even if you are not able to physically join us, please pray for the success of the ENCORE
mission and for the retired volunteers who continue to do God's work through ministry to airline people worldwide.
