Purpose of FCAP
To encourage Christians to walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, enjoying His presence and possessing His power to be "salt and light" on the job God has given them in the airlines.
To encourage the Christian airline employee to help carry out the Great Commission, introducing fellow employees to Jesus Christ and helping them to grow toward spiritual maturity.
FCAP's Mission Statement
Representing Christ in the airlines through meaningful relationships and quality work.
FCAP's Vision
It is our prayer and desire in FCAP to see God raise up groups of Christians in every area of the airline workplace throughout the world, so that people in airports, offices, technical centers and in-flight operations will have an opportunity to see the reality of God through the lives of His people on the job.
Our Commitment
- First and foremost we will do our work heartily as to the Lord, our ultimate boss, because we understand our job to be a calling that brings Jesus Christ into our workplace (Ephesians 6:5-7).
- We will seek ways to bless our workplace with light instead of protecting ourselves from its darkness, by first of all praying for the people around us and then inviting them into our lives (2 Corinthians 4:5-6; Philippians 2:14-16)
- We will commit ourselves to seek out other Christians around us at work to meet together during break times, so that we can grow spiritual and for mutual support, (Ephesians 2:19-21).
- We are committed to focus on the greater and more lasting reward from work, which does not come from a paycheck or position of work, but from the Lord. (Colossians 3:22-24).
- We understand that ministry is more than a meeting or an event, ministry will develop in our workplace as our walk with God encourages to do the same (Matthew 5:16; 2 Corinthians 2:14).
